A heavy, traditional, cast iron pot and a perfectly fitting lid, which can be used to cook, roast, braise, deep-fry, steam, and bake anywhere. Whether in the oven, on a gas or electric stove, or other cooking surfaces, the roaster is mobile and versatile.

If you need a grill pan to go with your roasting pot, you can simply turn the lids of the two included roasters over. The ribbed surface creates an appealing sear pattern on the food being fried or grilled and adds extra grilled flavor. The induction-compatible roasters with lids and the casserole dish are enameled both inside and out. Due to the enameling, the cast iron roasters are ideal for searing meat, such as goose or duck, and for long braising in its own juices.

The large roasters and the casserole dish from Mahlzeit are not only the ideal addition to your kitchen but can also be used for camping or at a barbecue.

The rectangular casserole dish and the roasters can be used in a variety of ways. Prepared meals can be stored in the cast iron pot in the refrigerator. The cast iron pots have excellent heat conductivity and distribute heat evenly across the food.
