Ideal for direct contact with food or for use with GN containers, this cooling plate offers versatile application options. You can not only serve your dishes attractively but also be sure that they remain at an optimal temperature and stay fresh.
Simply place the plate in the refrigerator or freezer. With 6 hours of freezer storage, the integrated cooling pack ensures cooling for up to 6 hours. The serving platter is not only extremely practical to use but also environmentally friendly, as it can be reused as often as desired.
The stainless steel cooling plate is not only characterized by its easy cleaning but is also perfectly suited for professional use in the catering industry. After use, simply rinse, dry, and put it back in the freezer. In no time at all, the cooling tray is ready for use again. The plate is not dishwasher safe.
The cooling serving platter is particularly lightweight and therefore ideal for easy transport and use in various locations.
