Slowly heat the lava stone before use until the desired temperature is reached. To do this, increase your oven temperature in stages. Once the desired stone temperature is reached, you can prepare your food directly at the table. Tip: Briefly sear your steak in a pan. Then cut the steak into pieces and finish cooking it on the lava stone.

The lava slab can be used to cook fish, seafood, meat, vegetables, and much more. In addition to use in the oven, the stone can also be placed on gas and charcoal grills. You can also serve your food on the stone, keeping it warm for a long time. Alternatively, the lava stone can also be used as a serving platter for cold dishes, such as sushi, cheese, carpaccio, smoked salmon, salads, desserts, or fruits.

Clean the cooled, but still slightly warm lava stone with a spatula to carefully remove any residue. Then clean and polish the stone with a damp cloth. Only the plate and dip bowls can be placed in the dishwasher.
